resealing question

I have come across a pretty good deal on a 200g that is said to have a slight leak,,,is it very hard to reseal or should I avoid one that is leaking all together. It is a glass oceanic

Have a look at this, I wroe it a couple of years ago. It works with larger tanks as well.
