Well, someone at the top of the page sez I haven't posted in a while so I should say something. One thing I will mention as it's on top of my mind and I'm ticked off. No matter how long one is in the tropical fish hobby, always do your research first and don't assume things. I got into egg layers a couple of years ago after breeding guppies for 30 some years. I fell in love with the egglayers and as usual I went overboard especially on the plecos and corys now having 18 types of corys and 11 types of plecos. My dream or goal has always been to semi-retire and raise fish. I saw a L-200 in a picture of an aquarium and thought I couldn't live without a breeding colony so off I went in search of them. I bought two on AB and went in search of more. Set up a special tank for them and the works. Finally I decided to check out breeding them and found that so far as far as I can tell no one has bred them in captivity. So for all you importers out there looking for more of them for me, I think we'll do something else. Just a little pearl of wisdom in case there is someone else out there who has the tendency to put the cart before the horse. :screwy:
