my cichlid is in a tank by himself and 5 days ago i noticed some specs of ick on the tips of his fins. So i went and bought some aquarium salt and a medicine called Nox-ick, Today is the 3rd day of treatment and the fish seems to be getting worse. there are now more visual specks of ick all over his body. I cannot up the temp in the tank because i have one of those cheep heaters that is only set to one temperature and cannot be changed. i am planning to do a water change tomorrow and begin treatment again. Any advice?
