in yo river...
woke up this morning to find my jardini dried up on the floor.. really sux but its not as bad as the first one.. i just cant believ that he was only four inches and jumped out with a spray paint can weighting it down.. the can was at least ten times his weight but he still found a way to get out.. to all you aro owners, make sure your weights holding your hood down is heavy enough, beacuse i had to learn the hard way.. good luck to you all.... i think im gonna get a bichir instead and put him in the 30 long.. any suggestions

OH how absolutely sad.. just talked about the silver and jar in the multiple thread.. i am sorry for your loss.. he was definitly an awesome baby.. i know how sad it is to find him this way.. my 26 inch Silver jumped also.. and now with this 27 inch silver we have a two by four by eight on the top... i have tried to warn others too... if only one person sees this thread and does something to provide weight on their arows tank it will be one that is saved.. :(

i hate it when fish do that. So very sorry for your loss. When i read the thread title i almost shat my self though. I thought it said chompers then i saw which forum the thread was in.

sorry for your loss man. yeah, i get scared when my jardi and silver start dashing around. weights are a must for larger aro's

sickening to get that phone call today man... sad to hear it...he was a dope lookin jar

peace to chomps
