Restocking my 55 gal! any suggestions?

so...i have this 55 gallon freshwater tank with one 6 inch senegal bichir, a chinese algae eater, and a 7 inch sun cat fish...


im really into south/central american cichlids and my ultimate goal is to have a nice show fish that can coexist with what i have in the tank now.


although, i am open to any suggestions you guys have for me.


i would love to hear what you guys would do!
