Well, The problems are over. No more ammonia, no more nitrite, no more high pH, no more cichlids :cry: . Even that dumb rasbora that somehow survived everything died off. My survivors are a Severum, a common pleco, and possibly a blue acara, depending on if something sets in on his shattered immune system after the ich. Anyways, the water problems are over, and I was wondering what would be compatible with these 3 fish. There were some I was thinking of;;;

Another Severum
TireTrack Eel
Silver Dollars
ShovelNose Catfish sp.
Rainbows
Pike Cichlid
Loaches

Now, I know there's no chance all these could go in the tank, lest they be falling out the aquarium from the top, but I'd like to have one, maybe two of the above fish. They're arranged in order of priority, from favorite to fish I think are cool.

For tank size alone I would say most pikes and shuvelnose are out. I would go with another severum. For a 120 (assuming standard 4x2x2)

The 120 is 5'x18".

TireTrack Eel is out in less u upgrade when he 20".

^100 Exodons with a common pleco and severum? No thanks. Could I do this:

1 Common Pleco
2 Green Severums
3 Weather Loaches
And maybe some kind of shoaler?

I would add a school of Hyphessobrycon Colombianus (Columbian tetra) they are flanked in blue and have red colored caudal & anal fins. Very pretty fish and schoal in a very tight group. Make sure you keep them in schools of 6+. I keep a school myself.

So the dojos and the severums would be compatible?

IMO it would depending on size. All of my severums are chill but they are still cichlids, what works for me might not for you. If they are both adults or both juvie, your probably fine. Just don't add loaches that are small if your severums are adults.
