I recently purchased 2 retics, after an initial QT and success eating bloodworms and black worms, I moved them into my 220gal, since then they haven't been eating, further upon my arrival home from work today, one of them was definitely in a fight with one of my other fish, perpetrator unknown at this point however the rays are back in QT until this is sorted. However it seems the injured retic has blood/red in his eyes he didn't have before and he also has a disc injury, for lack of better words someone ate the color off him, he still has all his parts but around some edges have turned white, almost kind of look like he's shedding.

Best course of treatment at this point ??

I am now in the process of setting up a separate large tank for them but it hasn't been delivered yet. Seems I should have just kept them in QT but I didn't want them to be so cramped in a 55.

Clean water is the most important, the disc will heal. Maybe a little salt but personally I wouldn't go crazy. Obviously getting them eating again is also key.
