Here are a few pics of the new retic rays i got a couple weeks ago. They arrived in good shape and started eating right away. 2 weeks later and still wont eat anything but worms and ghost shrimp. But gaining weight and very active.

Retics are finicky with food, as you probably know. There is a sticky (if you haven't seen it already) on breaking rays to new foods. I absolutely love the patterns! Such a snazzy pair, glad to hear they are doing well.

Thank you. They seem to be trying some of the shrimp pellets to night i think in time they will be off live food

as long as there eating, it's all good.

Thank you for the link i will try the soak method until im sure they have enough weight on to try starving.

Nice pickups...

lookin good.. love retics.. What kind of sand is that?

Thank you. Its play sand from home depot. They had 2 types im using the one that has low silica content called leveling sand. They seem to love it . I like retics for the long tails. Was looking at antena rays but couldnt find enough info on how hard they are to keep.
