im thinking of possiby getting a pair or maybe a male and two females to add to my 210.

my question is how long could they last in a 7x2x2 tank?

ive heard for life but not quite sure

im pretty sure you could keep a pair or trio of retics in that tank for life with no problems

I don't think you could keep them for life in a 2 foot wide tank. Retics have such huge tails that they need a tank at least 3 foot wide. The length is good though.

Thats quite an achievement keeping them alive for that long, but the size of the tank is probably why they haven't bred yet. How big are they?

wife says i don't know, maybe, we are moving to a different state 4 hour drive away. so i may start from scratch. i'd hate to though i love these rays. if i do i will look into a 150-180, no more though, my wife hates my tank now, stupid women
