Reticulated Hillstream Loaches

Hello MFK =) I was wondering if you could possibly help me with a setup I was thinking about.

The tank will be

75 Gallons 48x18x20
Has sand
1125GPH filtration
LOTS of rocks


But I dont know what else I need. A lot of the information I am reading is conflicting, and I need some real advice.

-Tank mates
-What do they eat?
-Do I need power heads?
-Temperature, some websites say 65, others say 80ish
-Are they a pain to take care of?

I've just read that they need cooler water, really well oxygenated water with good water flow. Lots of flat rocks.

I had mine in 77 F, lots of rocks, easy to take care of, only thing is he liked to chase my corys. Other then that, get's along goo with other fish.

I agree. Cold water good oxygenation lots of flow and no slow moving tankmates from lakes. Most cichlids are incompatible. Recommend pictus cats, danio, etc..

They can sometimes be stubborn feeders just make sure they are eating before you buy.. I didn't and learned the hard way
