Does anyone in the world even own one of these? They seem to have never been imported and 0 youtube videos exist of them. Google images aren't plentiful either, I have only found 2 pictures of juvenile specimens caught in the wild. All I know is that they appear to be similar physically to retroculus lapidifer and xinguensis, and likely share similar husbandry needs to the two mentioned above and that they originate from French Guiyana (I probably spelled that wrong, sorry)

There were four (I think) at ACA 2014. It doesn't look drastically different than other Retroculus. One of the fish was photographed by Patrick Tawil and posted to Cichlid Room Companion under the Retroculus septentrionalis species profile. I am not sure how they were identified or what sets them apart from other Retroculus so I don't know if the ID was correct or not. Maybe someone can chime in.

You have to scroll through the pictures but they're near the bottom.

Thanks Ryan, as I've seen juvenile specimen pics they appear to have a cream orange color as opposed the xinguensis' yellowish green or the lapidifer's sapphire blue. That is all I know, unfortunately.

images.jpg Here, this is one of the only 2 pictures I can find on google. The rest are xinguensis and lapidifers.
