Retroculus Xinguensis??

Does anyone in MFK owns this fish?

I don't think anyone on MFK has any. I knew a few vendors that were supose to bring some in a few months back but they never brought them in. They felt that the importers were acting 'fishy' and thought that they were just labeling them xinguensis but they were really lapidifer. Did you hear any new about your LFS getting them?

I wish. Very hard. And randomly rub lamps I see. But no.

I wonder if The Lapidifer & the Xinguensis will get along or will they fight.
This is the 1 million dollar question...

That is a great question.. I have never heard of anyone keeping the 2 species together.

I have a difficult decision, so maybe yot can help me.
To buy "blind" by 150$ per fish,
Or buy with see by 200$ per fish?

Exactly.
The only promise I get is that I'll have a live xingu.
The size can be from 3"-6".

If it's dead - I dont pay.
If it's Lapidifer - I dont pay.
Id it's ill, I dont pay untill they'll cure.

But in 200$, I can choose, I can wait, I can say no.

Tough decision...

I'd go for the $200 option, best to not take chances
