How do you all run your return to tank lines, do you run them fully submerged, half way or fully out of the water? I also need to get some new ends.

just preference -
if you want surface agitation point up -
if you want to keep poo off the bottom point down -
only consideration is power outage - pointed down going to take longer to break the siphon-

Drillng a couple small holes in the return just below the waterline will break siphon immediately
