Looking for a return pump for my 210 gallon tank. The sump is 120 gallon custom build by yours truly. I have two 1" returns with two 3/4" feeds with a head height of 6ft. I recently acquired a mag drive supreme 2400. This thing moves water! But not quietly!!! Sounds like an old diesel truck idling in my basement! I rebuilt the pump because the ceramic bearings were all shot. Made very little difference in noise. So now i'm looking for a new pump that can turn the tank over about 5 to 6 times and not breaking the bank plugging it in!! Please help!

i use a smart pond pump that i bought at lowes for my 220. its about 2200-2600gph, i cant remember but its very quite and its a couple years old. Was used in my pond for a couple seasons so its pretty durable and its not too bad on energy costs.
+1 nice and quite, i have to hear my water falling from the 2 socks to know if the pump was on.. thinking of upgrading to the 4200 for my 300 thouh..
