I have a 125g I am building a 55g sump what size pump should I use and how many chambers should sump be its for fresh water

I have a Quiet One 4000 on my 125 and it does a great job. Are you running a sock on your sump? I have 3 chambers in my 125s sump and that keeps the tank crystal clear.
