So ive been planning on turning my 55 gallon into a African tank for some time now and ive added some fore fish to my list, could you guys tell me if this is ok or would i be pushing my bioload limits with this many fish?
1 x Delhezi Bichir
2-4 x African Butterfly Fish
5-6 x Congo Tetra's
1 x African Brown Knife Fish
2 x Leopard Bush Fish
Theres the list, hows it look? I personally love it and i guess that's all that matters but should i be worried about the tetra's ? ive read that the Leopard Bush fish and the Delhezi will eat smaller fish, will i lose my Tetra's or do you think they'll be quick enough to get away from then 2? Also are Bush fish schooling type fish? Like if i put in 2 will they stay around eachother for the most part or will they go out and about on there own? And yes i plan on feeding live insects, because the African Butterfly and the Leopard Bush dont usually take pellets/flakes from what ive read.
Oh yes one more thing
How big of a water change do you guys and gals think ill need to do weekly?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thanks,
AQ
