Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is doing great. I was an active member here till 3 years ago. Due to some issues I took a break from hobby. A week ago I started back l. Need some help to revive my old tank. It was in the basement for 3 years. Has little dust and some debries since last use. I cleaned it with warm water. Now what ?

Thanks

You can clean it with vinegar, and rinse it well then do a test fill and let it sit for awhile to make sure it still holds water and the silicone isnt compromised.

Thanks P Polypterus . All done just switched on filter with media from establishedtank. Let's see.

Btw what polys you have . Use to have all lower jaws but not anymore.

Of course I've only ever had Senegal. My screen name is sikoko polypterus is just part of the "award" for having enough likes and trophy points

Yeah sounds like you're on the right track! Just leak test it before putting it indoors, rather safe than sorry
