Rhamphochromis esox

Just thought ide share some pictures of a not so common african cichlid, My male Esox, almost 9 inches. if anyone knows where to get any females of this species, please feel free to pm me with details

hes in a 75 growout by himself. i moved him from my 125 because he wasnt eating as well as he was before i got him..

What do you feed him? Get a video of him feasting on feeders. I would love to see how rhamps hunt.

he eats hikari biogold pellets.. i havent tried live food yet, i dont want him to get hooked on live before i have him regularly eating dried foods. hes still a little unsure of the pellet food after beeing moved. hell rush them and then stop just short of hitting them and pick at them.. once i got him eating pellets and krill regularly i will get a video of him eating some type of live like platies or mollies.. which should be awesome
