Right at first I ordered a sexing probe kit, a ferret and a retic on the 28/8/2010 and then he e-mailed me on the 15/09/2010 saying he was away on a hoiday for a few days and he would get it sent out soon as and that was all cool.

Then later that day i got an e-mail saying my money had been refunded so i emailed him asking why and he said due to having no ferrets in stock, so ok cool re-ordered the retic, sexing probes and this time added a large water dish (To make it up to free shipping) and he contacted me on Friday (18/09/2010) saying he will send it Monday so I recieve it on the Tuesday.

He NEVER BOTHERED contacting me yesterday saying anything was wrong, I got today off work to wait on this purchase! I e-mailed him about an hour ago asking for the tracking number and I got an e-mail back 2 mins later saying my money had been refunded AGAIN!

So I e-mailed asking why and he says while he was away it has "developed" a few mights and his staff advised that they didn't want to send it......So peeved.....

Should I re-order this again or think I should leave it?

leave it, find a better dealer. Who was this that you tried ordering from?
 
This dealer sounds shifty. Ditch him and find another.
 
I understand your frustration as I would be pissed as well, but atleast you got a speedy refund. I have seen too many threads where a refund was months away or never to be had.
 
yea at least he refunded your money. that right there is a good sign.
you gotta understand these breeders have a lot of orders every day and alot of snakes to deal with. and add ontop of that a vacation. im sure it was just his employees not letting him know whats goin on in time. i would try it again and just get striaght with him and say i understand you are busy but i would like to know 100 % before i order these items if they are in stock, healthy and ready to be shipped.

This would be a good route to go as well but it also seems like he is not communicating as much as he should be so you may not get a response immediately...

Yeah I'm still miffed over an aquabid vendor(former vendor)!!! Poorly packed my Arowana purchase that arrived almost doa(died within an hour). Over charged shipping!!! No refund as promised....So I've been there. At least you got your refund. I'd find another vendor for your purchases.

this, typically if they're refunding it, they don't have it in stock and aren't planning on getting any anytime soon. Otherwise they would have just contacted you to see if you were willing to wait for the next shipment on X date.
