Thailand prohibits the exportation of Pulchers from their country. However, they are collected from all the neighboring countries such as cambodia, Myanmar etc. Those countries dont have any export restrictions on the Pulcher. This leads to the ideas of the different tail stripe issue on the Pulchers because it can vary so greatly that we some times mistake pulchers for Indos, but in fact they are pulchers. Thats why you shouldent always go for the tail stripe identification and actually take a look at the whole fish.
