Rio Hyperflow 32HF Noisy!!!

Hi Everyone, Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to everyone

I just bought a Rio Hyperflow 32HF to run a filter on my 350gal, so it's sitting in my tank, and it's seriously noisy! So my questions are firstly,

Is this a problem? When I put my ear to the glass it sounds like a washing machine.

Will this bother the fish in anyway?

I'm really hoping it won't vibrate my tank to peices

did you use the suctioncups?
any part of the pump assembly, cord or return line that touches the tank or stand will vibrate/hum

also moving the pump around under water before you connect it helps to get out any small pockets of air.. the HF pumps usuially clear themselves but ive had a bubble issue once or twice

I did use the suction cups yes, I was going to pull it out tonight and make sure nothing has gotten into it. Will a peice of foam underneath cut down the vibration?
