Lost my 17" Congicus last night I bought it late January this year and, I honestly only saw it eat once in that time period don't know at all what's wrong with it. All other fish in the tank eat fine.

This happened to one of my clown knives. He appeared perfectly healthy, but wouldnt eat. I tried virtually everything on the species menu. Eventually it starved.
What were you feeding it?
My polys love anything that is soaked in a bloodworm juice/garlic solution.

Bloodworm, market shrimp, tilapia,NLS sinking pellets and floating pellets did expect to see it eat those thou.

Nothing bothered him. It was the biggest bichir in the tank only fish bigger that it was my 23" Black arowana and it did bother it at all either.
Thats tough. Kents garlic xtreme works really well for me. Its alleged to boost their immune systems as well.
I hate to hear that man ... My 13" congicus is the same ... Have had it for 2 months and have never seen it eat tried everything even live feeders ... Won't touch anything at all
