im sorry to post this, but i need to let it out. Today, our best family friends (Ian and Rita) were killed in a car accident,:cry: along with their mother. It feels so wierd as just a week and a half ago we celebrated his 60th birthday, and just one week ago he was telling me about the 3 week sailing trip he planned. they were killed traveling through alberta, so i was taking care of the lawn and gardens at their home while they were away. This morning he sent me an email saying "Make sure the lawn looks nice for whem i get back this weekend. ha ha just jokin but were havin a great time" then tonight at 9 o'clock i got the news. i dont know if ill ever be able to open my email again. i dont know why but i feel a little scared to do so. below ive included a link to information on the accident, (they were in the buick) as well as a photo of ian and rita on new years. thanks for being here for me mfk.

That is terrible. My best goes out to you.

I am sorry to hear that, Agassizi. My condolences for you and your family.:(

thanks guys. this is especially hard as these two are the second and third family friend to go in a week. wednesday, (chester) died of a heart failure. he wasnt as close to us as ian and rita but it took its toll. dayum im tired of life.

When it is so sudden like this it is so hard to grasp ... nothing at all gave anyone any warning... they look like a couple who loved deeply and also fun... so sad even for me to see them knowing they are gone..i can tell they touched many people on this earth including you ... my condolences and prayers to you..

wow-im so sorry to hear this! it just goes to remind us all that life is fragile and brief-and to appreciate those we love TODAY.. they sound like they were great friends..

RIP.

I'm so sorry to hear about this senseless tragedy. I pray that people everywhere learn that driving while under the influence of anything is pure carelessness for human life.

Life is here one moment and gone the next. I pray for solace and peace, for you and all who knew them.
