In my 300 gallon tank, i used to have a ton of beasts. I started out with 8 and now im down to 2. I started out with African arowana, black arowana, Id shark, oscar, 2 clown knives, 1 spotted gar, and 1 pleco.
Slowly i began removing fish until about 4 months ago.
then i only had only my black arowana, african arowana, ID shark and 1 clown knife.
After my clown knife passed away, there was a large abount of space in my tank.
my african arowana started getting extremely agressive. today marks the 2nd death in this tank. RIP my 2 foot ID shark. it was beat up pretty bad when i woke up and it was upside down breathing heavily. I had no idea that african arowanas would be aggressive towards any fish other than its own type.
