Rip molly fish

I just wanted to share that my molly passed away.

She lived to be approximately 3.5 years old. I thought she was only 3 inches when she passed away but when I measured her she was a whopping 4 inches. I know some mollies can reach the 7 inch range but I think this might be quite unusual for an aquarium Bred stain of molly. My molly was a common mutt white lyertail.

I agree as I quite often see people say mollies don’t live much longer than a couple of years. And my biggest pet peeve is when people recommend a molly for a 10g...imo a molly gets too large for a 10g tank. They are very active fish and get fairly large

That's a respectable size for a Molly! They're always so tiny in the stores...you did great care.
