well today this is what i wake up too... last night he was completely fine and now he is dead. cause of death is unknown. i had him for almost a year. bought him when he was only an inch. died at 5 inches.... bummer.

Sorry for your loss. Keep a very close eye on his tank mates in case it was something infectious.

i dont think my oscars will tolerate a new angel in the tank. but i'll try and see what happens.

yeah ive been watchin em closely. hopefully its not an infection.

I would make sure to float the new angel longer than normal just to see how the original fish will react to a new tank mate.

Or you could use a small isolation holder to put the angel in. You can hang the container on the inside of the tank to accilmate the angel & it lets the original fish time to get use to its presence.
