May this amazing man who stood up for freedom and equality rest in well deserved peace and tranquillity. Nelson Mandela has passed away yesterday, due to prolonged illness. May others join me paying respects to this extraordinary person. RIP

Great man, some people may not understand his methods, but what can you do when you are seen as lesser simply due to the colour of your skin. In the end he spoke of equality, peace and acceptance between all... hope he can rest now, after years of fighting for freedom

IMO that is what truly made him an amazing man, after being threated as he had to come out of jail and preach forgiveness, tolerance and unity takes a big heart.
