ok guys...

so i just got home and looked inside the tank with a flashlight, to see that my 1.25" yellow lab has half a tetra sticking out of his mouth!

didn't know these labs were/could be such monsters!

has this happened to you guys! i didn't think a lab that small would take on live fish?

we'll see whose left in the morning......

i have had a yellow lab in my 220 SA for like 2 years and it is that 2" fish that rins the place , not the O's or the RD.. the little bas***d YL. theyre WAY aggressive

I've had a few yellow labs. As a whole they are not mean, or aggressive at all. Slightly territorial and they do stand their ground for the most part. As far as a 1.25 inch yellow taking a tetra, wow. That's nuts. Fish are opportunists for the most part, so I guess inside that little guys head, he didn't see a tetra, he saw lunch. haha

wow...looks like we have a predator on our hands...keep an eye out

My E. Yellow, Runs a bigger jack, jewel, and bumble bee. He is tough and always flairs his colors!

last night will now be referred to as the MidNight Massacre!

7 tetras as of yesterday.....

down to 3!

he ate 4 of them.....

the guy is insane!

i guess my 20gal is MONSTER!

dang, and this is a yellow lab? 1.25 inches and he ate 4 tetra over the course of 1 night. Damn, be careful, that has bloat written all over it. Hope those tetra's were less then 1/4 inch big

He keeps eating like that, it will look like a new species of puffer all bloted up
