Picked this guy up off Craigslist April 30, 2014. The previous owner claimed to have him 8 years.

We believe we got him mostly blind. And it appears as he aged he developed the equivalent of glaucoma? I know nothing about fish eye diseases.
but it didn't seem to affect him other than his color.

As he aged his vision seemed to continue to gradually decline but it had no affect on him finding food or navigating the 300 gal he called home for the past 9 years.

Today he swam across the rainbow bridge to the great river in the sky (or something like that).

These were the last pictures of him alive, taken yesterday evening as he was resting near the surface. Near the end he was unable to control his swim bladder and stopped eating for over a week. I don't believe he suffered. He wasn't harassed by any of his tank mates. I think it was just his time.

RIP Toothless. Thank you for being a wonderful pet for the last 11 years
