RIP to my favorite fish I ever owned

I just found my 2 1/2'' Ottocinclus mariae floating... little buddy...
i remember my mom made me earn him by doing extra chores lol
i remember right before i went to buy him i learned that i got a 50% scholarship to a high school...haha...then i walked 45 minutes in 19 degree wether plus wind chill to get him, to 3 pet stores only to find that they were selling them at the one that was a block from my house... i paid the $4 happily and took him home in an insulated lunchbox so he wouldnt freeze...i was so happy lol
since then ive had 2 more...one also died but he was subadult so probably was damaged by shipping...
but anyways...just wanted to make a little tribute to him it was probably old age...he was just over 2.5'' a true ]v[0nster by Ottocinclus standards...he was such an awesome fish

I lost a 7 year old Julii Cory many years ago. I'll always hold a special place in my heart for that little guy.
