Ripped and ragged fin healing time??

Hey guys. My 4.5 inch delhezi has both of his pectorial fim injured pretty badly. her fins are ragged and slightly ripped. Part of fin was missing a small piece (about one fifth of the total fin). i suspect that my albino was bullying her or she got stuck on the filter suction area for a few seconds. I waited for a month and the fins aren't even healed a bit. is this natural?? what medecin should I add? salt? Melifix?

less than a month is needed for injuries to heal, when i say heal there is no longer any white flesh on the fins, for it to completely grow back can be more than a month.

if your still seeing white tips on the fins, it may not be properly healing or its continually being bullied preventing it from healing.
