Hello,

After a about 12 years, I have decided to buy some more fish for my tropical freshwater aquarium. From the orional group of silver dollars I am left with 2 six inch fish and a 3 inch baby silver dollar. The two adult fish are the parents. I am just wondering how the sd's will behave to any new introductions, with them being much smaller? The tank is 48"x12"x15" and filtered by two fluval 3's plus some live plants in the form of jave fearn and anubias.

Thank you in advance.

They should be fine w/ tropical fish, idk if certain cichlids are appropriate but you can get away with many species. Tetras, guppies, some catfish etc, if they spawn again id net the eggs out and grow them in a small growout!
