So here's my situation I can only keep tanks upstairs in my room. At this moment I have only a 55 and not no space but I want a bigger tank and can rearrange stuff. I found a 125 stand for $75 that's dirt cheap now my problem is is too risky to put the 125 upstairs against an outside wall my floor also seems weak like when i walk past my 55 it'll shake. So would you consider the 125 too risky also if I do but the stand ill also be broke

I wouldnt risk it. Personally I wouldnt risk anything over 72g on anything other than a concrete / well supported floors.

I've had a 150 on my main level in the past. It was at a foundation corner though,, if you run them perpendicular to the floor joists you should be able to get away with it. Don't take my word for it though, I'm not an engineer. Currently have my 4' 120 on a crawl.

Huh? That is just dumb. No don't put 125 on second floor. That is at minimum 1200 + Pounds.

I've had my 125 on the 2nd floor for almost 2 years with no issues. It all depends on the structure of your house. Keep in mind that the weight is spread over 6' and should sit on 4 floor beams perpendicularly.
