yeah, since they have been in the water for so long, they are pretty well rinsed off. i would just boil em to kill any bacteria that could be on them. then let them dry for a day and you should be set
 
just rinse and you should be good
 
Pour some vinegar on the rocks one at a time and listen real close, if you hear fizzing, don't use it. if you hear nothing it's good and just needs a boil.
 
just a question..... why if it fizzles its not good ?

The acid test(vinegar test) is a common test used by geologists to classify rocks. The acid test is used
to find rocks that contain calcium carbonate(limestone). A rock that contains calcium carbonate will fizz if placed in vinegar. Limestone will dissolve over time and is hazardous to your fish. ;)
