I thought since there was a Rapp's orino thread, we could have a thread on Rich's orino's. This is not meant for competition or anything. Just to see how each ones orinos turn out. Maybe they will be different? Maybe they are the same?

I will start. I bought mine during the first week he posted them up for sale. I purchased 5 at about an inch in length. I have 3 left growing out in a 46 gallon always stocked full with white cloud feeders. I started off feeding bloodworms and blackworms. Too messy and too much hassle so i swith to feeders. Temp is 86-87 with lots of areation. Pictures will come later.

Right now I keep my tank loaded with feeder white clouds. They can eat whenever they want. I tried the whole 3-5 times a day with blood/blackworms. Too much hassle for me. I am a busy dad Mon-Thur. Come on! I know there is more people that bought Rich's orinos. Don't be shy.

I got a trio from Rich, can't wait to see what they look like, I'm hoping for something close to what Jcardona has. I'll be updating mine here

but i was curious to what they prefer in food. i already know they love lionhead mini goldfish pellets. what else?

What's the protein content on those? I used it once for baby bichirs, worked out okay, but can't remember the nutritional balance of it.

I've only given mine live black worms so far.
