i would like to know if anyone does this and if it would work.
i need to run an ro/di unit b/c i have liquid rock due to well water.
(PH well over 8, hardness rediculously high, & TDS around 230)
i was thinking of using a 3-5 stage ro/di unit and drip into tank also
would run the waste water from the ro/di to a pump to a HMA filter
and connect it to a "T" and have it mix with the RO/DI water as it drips
into the tank. i would like to see if this is possible for a few reasons:
1- i know i cant use straight ro/di water so this would be able to allow
me to mix the water and also stabilize the ro/di water.(no ph crashes ect.)
2- this will also eliminate any waste water as HMA does not have any so i
will be able to reuse the waste water coming from the ro/di unit.

what are your thoughts/concerns/experience with doing so?

thanks for any input

any thoughts as to why this would not work?
