Yes it is a good price but do you realize that you need to collect the water and reminiralize it before you can use it in the tank? Also you need very good water pressure to produce a reasonable ammount of water a day.
 
That's a killer price. You will need a few other things though: trash can for water storage, ro right, tubing, possibly a faucet adapter. Things that you possibly may need, and are recommended: Pressure gauge, back flush unit, inline tds meter, hand held tds meter, pressure increasing adapter/ro pump, and a secondary heater to keep the trash can's temp up.
