Just got an 8 g biocube 
and am looking to pick up a R/O (reverse osmosis) system. I dont need anything over the top as far as GPD (gallons per day) goes as its only an 8 g. I was looking at something like this http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=12093 
. What do you guys think? The testimonials look pretty good also so that is driving me to get this unit along with the price.
Also on the page that the link takes you to, on the right side is an area where you can select different levels of the R/O unit and some come with a pump. Ex: 24 GPD,3-Stage VS. 50 GPD,3-Stage With Pump. What does it mean that it comes with a pump? Do I need this "pump"?
Along with everything else, I was wondering what the "realistic" replacement time is for the filters and such. It doesn't have to be for this unit specifically, but for any R/O unit.
If you have a better R/O unit, let me know!! I'm willing to spend a little more if its going to make a BIG difference and let me know how your R/O experiences have gone!!! THX!
