The University of Essex, UK, has developed a robotic fish, whose movements are so natural that these fish are displayed in the London Aquarium and fool visitors
They're 20'' long and modeled after the common carp. They look robotic to me, but after having seen them in action in these videos, I can understand why people think they're real.
