Anyone know the names of these rocks,,,they came from the Arizona desert....can I use them in my tank....I read somewhere to put vinegar to see if they bubble and then don't use them....I didn't see any bubbles...

Obsidian based rock? The vinegar test isn't as accurate. There is some sort of acid (can't remember which) you can buy that is better.

Also:

How to Test
Testing can be as simple as placing a few drops of vinegar on the rock or gravel you are considering using. If it fizzes or foams, don't use it, as it contains calcium deposits. Another way of testing rocks and gravel is to place them in a bucket of the same water that you use in your aquarium. Test the pH and hardness, and then let it sit for a week and test again. If there is a significant change, the rocks or gravel are likely to cause problems.

Muriatic acid, pool supply place. Be *really* careful with it, be sure to rinse really well, boil before putting 'em in your tank

Well good luck cos those would cost a pretty penny in a shop!

They look like assorted agates. Use the muratic acid it's like 3 bucks for 2 gallons at home depot mix it in a bucket with the rocks. rinse them well and don't get the acid on yourself it will burn you and your clothes. they should be fine I have put alot of dessert agate type rock in my tanks over the years and have never had a problem.

The black and white striped one looks like a rock we sell as Zebra Stone at the shop and the red and white patterned ones look like picture stone and wonderstone that is sold to usbulk . Not sure on the big one with the cavites in it.
Pretty cool lookin stuff.
