hi everone just entered the world of gars and bought a rocket gar from lfs but not sure if it is what they say and not feeding yet and it has been 2 weeks

try live food, sometimes starving fails to prompt them to accept packaged foods leading to their deaths. any kinda live fish will do. and the hunt's pretty cool too.

1 can u get some better pics 4 us?
2 mine has always liked different foods. Try different types of minnows and gold fish
mine also always like to hunt glolight tetras anf neon tetras at night could always try that
3 whats the temp of the tank and what r the tank mates
