I understand the overheads and secondary costs and stresses etc.. of being a small shop owner- but how tough can it be to take a little care and at minimum give the corpses the flush before I come in the door. We all moan about wallmart and petsmart, but I come up to the real world (DC/USA) and see worse care in the LFS than I see down home or the mondo chain stores.
