I have a 210 community cichlid tank with various agressive cichlids such as jags middevils and other species, I have tons of fake plants and rocks to create boundaries for them. I don't have a problem with aggression but was wondering if I took all the plants and rocks out and just added driftwood would that be enough to separate boundaries or would it turn into a brawl whats your experiences with just driftwood

i would leave the rocks and add driftwood. i have 2 female flower horns a blue texas 2 salvini's 2 very large synspilums 1 male convict ,couple blood parrots and a red devil no violence issues at all but i have lots of cover . lots of slate and driftwood and 4 rena xp4's for filtration lol

Anytime you mess with a tank full of aggressive cichlids, you're going to have the possibility of throwing everything off and things may get out of control. If the way you have it now is working, I wouldn't mess with anything. I'd wait until the aggression starts, which I'm sure it will at some point, and then add what you want to the tank. If you weren't planning to make huge changes, like just adding a few extra pieces of driftwood or whatever, then you may be alright. I wouldn't change things up too much though, just my opinion.

as you probably know, any time you change the décor, new territories well have to be re-established.
I agree to the above, if you want drift wood, just add to what you've got
