A rockskipper is a blenny. It looks to me like a lawnmower blenny.

ok sweet shot now i can further research if this little guy is safe in a 10 gallon
Lawn mower blennies don't require tons of space, only growing to about 5 inches long or so, but I don't believe 10 is enough. I'd aim more for the 29-55 ballpark.
You must also remember that they need more space for feeding purposes. They can quickly graze and eat up all their food sources in a smaller tank, and than starve. A larger tank allows more food to grow for them so that they are always able to graze

thats very true im going to wait for 6 months before i put any livestock in my tank
going to wait untill all my live rock is fully packt up with algae and other coralrine algae.also i will only putting one of these guys into my tank and will be supplementing with chow.....thanks alot though these guys can graze a fare space rather quickly
