I've been having crappy rodi production like 2 gallons in 20hrs crappy. Do you think this would be a membrane issue? Even with low pressure and temps I don't think production would be this bad. Any opinions?

What system? What is the rated GPD? If it was a membrane issue you would see your TDS out of the membrane increase but production would not necessarily decrease.

Sediment cartridge needs replacing most likely, how old is it? They get plugged up over time, they still wont let anything through over the micron rating but then production slows down. At around 2 gallons a day I would say it needed changing a while ago, depending on the rated GPD.

Brand spanking new 100gpd. I decided to switch to aquatic life 4 stage to save space and they think it's a membrane issue. I wanted to see what others thought

I have the same system, just 50gpd. Did you do the upgrade to 100gpd? Is the flow restrictor 800cc?

So they think faulty membrane if it’s brand new?

I bought it as 100gpd. Yeah flow restrictor is 800. That's what they said and they mailed a new one. I don't know. I ordered an ro buddie booster because I'm thinking it's flow. I need to get rodi water rolling asap like a week ago asap

Ya I wonder if your incoming psi is too low, I heard the pumps work well, hope it works out for you and your getting water soon, Let us know!

I'm banking on psi myself. I thought the pump might be better than just the usual booster. Lord I hope it works Im already out $40 in 2 wks between sw and rodi from the store. Not to mention my regular stock went from 180 to 40b. My little 4" clown is acting like Connor McGregor in there.

Ya that is a big fear of mine, I try to keep around 30 gallons prepped in case production goes awry. Were you using Bulk Reef Supply before?

It was an older buckeye or spectra which worked fine. I should of left it alone.

Ya thats unfortunate, hopefully it gets working soon! I like my setup and Aquatic Life customer service has been great.
