i got to hold a crested for my first time today, man ive always loved those guys and also held the whites tree frog.If you had to choose just one based on all their care, handeling, and super coolness witch would it be?

I would go with cresties also .

yeah, frogs and all amphibians you really shouldnt handle much if at all. so a crestie would be better if you want something you can take out and handle

go with cresties... you should NOT handle frogs.

My crestie is super cool
you and your yelling,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NOT,,,,,lol,,,,i hear the whites are not so delicate but anyways yeah the cresteds seem realy cool, the books say they dont enjoy the handeling but they seem great, what do you guys think.I got tons of herp books and yes i know alot is crap but just checkin with you on this.

i read that the temps will kill them if over 82 degrees? Is this crap,i only wonder because it gets hot as hell here in bakersfeild and though i hope my home will stay cooler then that in the summer im just checkin.

I've read the same thing about the temp being high. I've been researching them lately, I've been deciding between 2 things for my 29gal, firebelly toads or crested geckos and I think I'm going for the geckos. I don't think its crap

Lol man, I use caps to put emphasis... dont think im yelling at you :P

My crestie's enclosure is around 80* in the day and 70* in the night. Hes fine with it. And no herps really enjoy handling, but cresties, or at least mine, dont seem to care that much. No escape attemts, etc.
