I bought a 1o gallon tank about 3-4 months ago.Set it up and just bought random plants.
My only goal was to keep a few plants alive for a few months. They are perty much thriving one turns brown on me but so be it.Some of the plants didn't stay rooted in the substrate so i just left them float they are doing well. Now i have roots from the plants that are floating rooted in some of the leaves om the plants that stayed in the substrate.

So my question is how do i remove the roots from the leaves?
Just clip the leave?

I started with 4 plants in the tank.I now have about 11 somehow.

sorry for the long post

Thanks
Nate

You can cut either the root or the leave. Cutting the leaf won't do much of anything. Cutting the root will spur a big growth spurt.

Thanks i wasn't sure and didn't want to kill the plants.
