Rope fish

So what do rope fish eat the guy at my lfs said i shouldnt have to worry about it he will eat stuff from the bottom is this true? Its in my frontosa tank and i feed them nls and bloodworms

from my experience, they feed on same things as other bichirs do, tiliapia, smashed up massivore, bloodworms, finely chopped krill/shrimp, etc. but dont eat as much

i feed every day but thats because i have multiple fish and they eat a lot. just dont feed too much or your water will get bad pretty quickly.

Mine ate frozen blood worms, shrimp pellets, an some times live red worms.

Bump the temperature up to 80's. Frequent water changes, use salt. An hope for the best.
