What is the best way to quarantine these feeders? what kind of anti-bacterial medication should I get?

Arn't they fathead minnows? As to what to quarantine them with, I'm not sure because I never use feeders.
the best way to quarintine is for as long as you possibly can and in tank where equipment is sterilized before going between that tank and your main ones
what about parasites
