If Rosy barbs will tolerate the same required temperature of the Senegalus sure absolutely should work.

It would work, if the bichir is still small. In the long term, I can defintely see the bichir eating the rosy Barbs. Personally, if you want schooling fish I would go for something bigger like Silver Dollars or Tin Foil Barbs

Adult Rosy barb should be fine with Senegal Bichir.

As far as I know, Rosy Barbs only grow up to 6 inches. Keep in mind that Bichirs are predatory fish, and they'll eat anything that fits in their mouth or anything that could be a poteintial meal.

Even though the rosy Barbs are fast, which could play a major role in their survival, I would definetly see the bichir eventually eating them.

Sen will never get big enough to eat adult rosy barb if it's healthy.
They will work fine together.

I've seen bichirs hunt down a 5 inch Tin foil barb before. I guess it's a diffrent story now, or the tin foil Barb was already dead, lol.
